  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much unless you prefer a more uniform pink color.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container or ice cube trays for individual portions.
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent large ice crystals from forming. This creates a creamier texture.
  5. Once frozen to your desired consistency, scoop and serve immediately. Garnish with additional fresh raspberries if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamiest texture. Don't skip stirring every 30 minutes to prevent icy texture. Can use frozen raspberries straight from freezer for faster freezing. Recipe is versatile with other berries or nuts.
