- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix thoroughly
- Fold in your choice of fruit puree, chopped fruit, or other flavorings
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours
- For smoother texture, stir every hour during freezing
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamiest texture. Sweeten to taste before freezing as flavors become less sweet when frozen. Stir during freezing for best texture. Add mix-ins after yogurt has partially frozen to prevent sinking.
