  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, shredded carrots, and chopped onion.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the vegetables and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
