Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish (an 8x8 inch dish works perfectly). Spread evenly and top with additional cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown. For an extra crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions and crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for time savings and flavor. Adjust Buffalo sauce to control spice level. Can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated before baking.
