- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish or similar oven-safe serving dish
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and well combined
- Stir in the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is evenly coated
- Fold in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and all of the blue cheese (if using). Reserve the remaining cheddar for topping
- Spoon the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over the top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden
- Serve immediately with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor and convenience. Adjust heat level by using more or less buffalo sauce. Can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerated. Works beautifully in a slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours.
