- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced turkey ham, ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until creamy and evenly combined
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce mixture and toss until every strand is evenly coated
- Transfer the spaghetti mixture to your prepared baking dish and spread evenly
- Sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the top of the spaghetti mixture
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley
Notes
For extra crispy topping, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Use rotisserie chicken to save time. This dish freezes beautifully for future quick meals. Add your favorite vegetables like chopped bell peppers or mushrooms.
